We so often find ourselves focused on giving to other people - our children, friends, family, people we work with - that we lose sight, if only momentarily, about WHO we are. Pushing aside our needs for the needs of others can leave us feeling over-stretched, over-committed, and under-rested. If this sounds like you, now is the time to do something for yourself.

Warrior Spirit: Finding the Hero Within is a retreat for women who long for a respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life so that they may regain mental, spiritual, and emotional balance. We will explore ways to harness the hero within by tapping into our innate strengths of selflessness, forgiveness, acceptance, lovingness, and generosity. In doing so, we can redefine our expectations and incorporate greater balance into our lives. You will leave feeling renewed, refreshed and inspired.

Details
A 24-hour, overnight retreat with private room accommodations for each woman. We will begin our retreat at 4:00 PM on Friday, September 24th and complete our retreat experience at 4:00 PM Saturday, September 25th. Full details on agenda, what to bring, how to prepare, etc. will be sent upon registration.

Door to door shuttle from the Colorado Springs airport (COS) to the Horseshoe Lodge

Retreat Location
The newly restored historic Horseshoe Lodge at The Mountain Park Environmental Center in Beulah, Colorado. The Retreat Center at Horseshoe Lodge is nestled on 611 acres of mountains filled with towering pines, wildlife and numerous songbirds. From your nature-inspired room, fully relax into the retreat experience by stepping onto one of the many walking paths and hiking trails that are right outside your room.

Investment
$289 - $345/person. Your registration includes overnight accommodates, three healthy meals, professional coaching and retreat. Investment does NOT include transportation. You are responsible for your flights, rental cars or shuttles.

Swedish Mountain Room - $345.00 This is the largest room complete with a working (gas) fireplace, a lovely queen bed, and a private bath. Named for Hollie & Greta's grandmother who taught them the way of plants, open meadows and listening to the land. This room is especially cozy and welcoming. Swedish Mountain Room
	Canyon Echos - $329.00 In the mountain park there is a nearby magical canyon that is short walk from the lodge. This room reflects the mystic of those canyon colors and has a queen log bed and private bath. Beautiful canyon images, including petroglyphs found in another nearby canyon, grace the walls. Wyoming - $329.00 This room has a lovely iron queen bed and private bath. Details include a historic map of Yellowstone National Park, hand woven rug and a handmade quilt. This room reflects the heritage of the two room designers - Glenn Runkewich and Dianne Muller and their love of western heritage and the Rocky Mountains. Wyoming Room
	Hummingbird - $329.00 This room is sweet and very lovely with a double bed and is the perfect retreat room for those seeking quiet and contemplation. This room is ADA compliant and can accommodate one person in a wheelchair or someone who needs extra bathroom bar support. Hummingbird Room
Maggie's Mountain Meadow - $309.00 This room is our largest room, light and airy with a lovely queen bed and an oak bunk. The walls are wrapped in a mural of mountains and wildflowers painted by a group of local professional women artists. Maggie's Mountain Meadow Room
	Trail Lover's - $309.00 This room's mellow green walls create that feeling of peace that only Nature can inspire. With a queen over queen bunk, it is homey and most welcoming after a day on the trails. Trail Lover's Room
Woods Room - $309.00 This room's queen over queen bunk reflects some of the wild fauna found among the pines outside the walls of the lodge. Simple and uncluttered, The Woods Room is a great place to find a restful night's sleep. Woods Room
	Celestial Seasons - $309.00 Deep rich blue walls wrap this cozy space while hand-painted images of the night sky inspire deep sleep in the 2 twin beds. Celestial Seasons Room
Julia's Room - $309.00 Julia's Room provides a queen over queen bunk and is washed in luscious white adorned with a colorful Nature mural. It is a perfect room for quiet rest after a day of hiking the park's trails. Julia's Room
	Sunflower Room - $289.00 If you love small intimate spaces then this room is for you. A twin trundle bed adorns this room with serene cornflower blue walls and a sunflower mural created by one of Colorado's most prominent woman artists. Sunflower Room
